John Kim
John Kim is a Philadelphia-based Activities Director, Handyman, and Production Assistant. He graduated from Rutgers University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s in History and Graphic Design.
John spends most of his time working both as an Activities Director and in Facilities Maintenance at Four Seasons Family Campground. His work in maintenance at the campground has given John an intimate knowledge of a litany of different trades including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, construction, painting, and HVAC. As an Activities Director, John has gained years of experience in both running and planning events, on many different scales and in a variety of settings.
When not working in New Jersey, John has worked in both theater and television with the Philadelphia Artist’s Collective and Entertainment Partners as a Production Assistant. In any setting, John strives to learn and grow as both a professional and a person.

Hunter Smith
Hunter Smith is a Philadelphia-based AGMA/AEA Stage Manager, Production Manager, Props Master! He graduated from Rutgers University in 2019 with concentrations in Stage Management and Lighting Design.
Some organizations he has stage managed or production managed with include InterAct Theatre Company (Resident SM), Azuka Theatre (Resident SM), Passage Theatre Company, Three Oaks Opera, Wolf Performing Arts Center, 24 Hour Plays, Philadelphia Artists’ Collective, South Camden Theatre Company, and the Woodstock Playhouse (50th Anniversary of the Woodstock Concert). He has also worked with Avista Custom Theatrical Services, served as an Assistant Stage Manager for Opera Philadelphia, and worked as a Freelance Production Manager for Ensemble Arts (formerly known as the Kimmel Cultural Campus). Hunters work in theater has made him an overall better events manager. Working on million dollar production or very small ones, he knows how to get the job done.
When not working in the arts, he is the Activities Director at Four Seasons Family Campground in Pilesgrove, New Jersey. Here he has done hundreds of events of all types for every age group and really has found a passion in event planning and management!

In 2016 we were randomly sorted as roommates at Rutgers University - Camden. Since then, we have roomed together multiple times and worked together at 6 different organizations. We have been best friends for nearly a decade and John recently got the honor of being Best Man at Hunter’s wedding. So when the opportunity to start Roomie Studios popped up, we jumped on it!
As Award-Winning Activities Directors for Four Seasons Campground we have combined our talents to create memories for thousands of families. From working with hundreds of vendors, to wearing costumes, and throwing themed parties that have been the talk of Southern New Jersey- we’ve accumulated a wealth of event management and planning knowledge that we’re now drawing from as venue operators. With years of successful Casino Nights, Paint & Sips, Murder Mystery Dinners, DJ/Band Nights, Silent Discos, and much more under our belts, we’d love to help make your event happen too!
